Trim your wick before lighting your candle
Keep the wax pool free of wick debris and foreign matter
Never leave a burning candle unattended
Never burn on or near flammable heat sensitive surfaces
Keep the burning candle on an even heat resistant surface
Do not place on or near electrical appliances
Never move a candle whilst its burning
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Keep a burning candle away from drafts
Discontinue use of a candle when 1cm of wax remains at the bottom
If you notice your wick mushrooming, it is common for natural fibre wicks to do so. Make sure to keep your wick trimmed to half a centimetre before relighting your candle.
Please allow the candle to completely liquify across the surface before extinguishing it, this will prevent tunnelling and allow for a longer lasting candle and better scent throw.
When not in use, store in a cool dry place away from sunlight
Diffusers
To care for your reed diffuser, flip the reeds from time to time when the fragrance starts to fade or when the reeds have dried out to continue with a long lasting scent.
To maximise the longevity of your diffuser, please keep away from direct sunlight.
